Technical Project Manager for Product Development (m/f/x)

For around 60 years, we have been developing, manufacturing and selling functional dosing systems and sustainable hygiene solutions with high quality standards for industry, public sanitary areas and medic al facilities at locations in Germany and abroad.

Technical Project Manager for Product Development (m/f/x)

in part time (20 – 26 hours/week)


Your tasks will include:

  • You supervise mainly a R&D project of a product line consisting of various individual products
  • You record and coordinate the project tasks across locations between small international teams
  • You coordinate the tasks interdisciplinary between the fields Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software, Marketing, Purchasing, Production and others
  • You take over an ongoing project that is currently in market rollout and you support the products from concept to market launch
  • You have a comprehensive view of the project status as well as a clear overview of the prioritization and duration of open individual tasks
  • You document and coordinate the project in a KanBan project management board, but also prepare work breakdown structures and Gantt charts
  • You work closely with the project members to ensure that they consistently complete their tasks and identify coordination and support requirements
  • You organize regular and acute team meetings

Your profile:

  • A good technical understanding is desirable with appropriate education, e.g. technican degree, graduate engineer, Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
  • Strong organizational and communications skills
  • Friendliness, ability to compromise, assertiveness
  • Experience in project coordination, ideally in KanBan project mangement
  • Independent and structured work, high degree of self-organization and motivation
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of common office programs
  • Commercial basics
  • Experience with products from the medical and/or hygiene sector is desirable
